    Modern Slavery Policy

    Effective Date: July 2025
    Company: Milwood Projects & Partners

This policy is made under section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines our approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our operations and supply chains.

    1. Our Commitment

Milwood Projects & Partners is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or exploitation within any part of our business or supply chain.

    2. Business Structure

We are a small UK-based consultancy firm delivering administrative and professional services. Our supply chain is limited and primarily involves professional platforms and digital service providers.

    3. Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our work, the risk of modern slavery is considered low. However, we remain vigilant and ensure that any third-party suppliers or partners align with ethical and legal standards.

    4. Due Diligence

    We commit to:

Vetting suppliers and collaborators for ethical labour practices

Avoiding engagement with high-risk jurisdictions or platforms known for labour violations

Reviewing partnerships on an annual basis

    5. Training & Awareness

While our size limits formal training programmes, we remain up to date on modern slavery risks relevant to the services sector.

    6. Reporting Concerns

If modern slavery is suspected in any part of our operations or supply chain, we encourage immediate internal reporting and reserve the right to terminate any non-compliant relationship.

    7. Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed annually or as needed to ensure compliance and relevance.
