These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by Milwood Projects & Partners. By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Company Information

Milwood Projects & Partners is a UK-based consultancy providing administrative support, legal administration, project management, budgeting, and strategy services to individuals, businesses, and organisations.

2. Use of Website

2.1 You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that may harm or infringe upon the rights of Milwood Projects & Partners or other users.
2.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from this site without written consent.

3. Service Descriptions

3.1 All services are described in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. However, Milwood Projects & Partners reserves the right to amend or withdraw services without notice.
3.2 We offer the following services:

General administrative support

Legal secretarial and administrative services

Project management and project support

Budgeting and financial planning

Strategic consulting

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Consultations and hourly/daily-rate services must be booked in advance and paid in full prior to delivery unless agreed otherwise.
4.2 For services over £750 (such as project packages or retainers), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or at an agreed milestone.
4.3 Milwood Projects & Partners reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the event of late or non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Consultations, Admin, and Legal Administration

You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

5.2 Project Services and Work Over £750

You must give at least 72 hours’ written notice to cancel or reschedule project work, including project management, budgeting, and full-service support.

If cancelled within 72 hours of commencement, a fee of 30% of the total service price will be retained or invoiced to cover time, planning, and opportunity cost.

Any work already completed will also be chargeable in addition to the cancellation fee.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made outside of the permitted notice period.

Refunds may only be granted where Milwood Projects & Partners is unable to fulfil the service due to illness, emergency, or force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website and any original work produced during services—including reports, plans, templates, and strategies—remains the intellectual property of Milwood Projects & Partners.
6.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for internal purposes only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Milwood Projects & Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
7.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
7.3 No advice or content provided through this website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice unless explicitly stated.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Milwood Projects & Partners respects your privacy and complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 Any personal data shared via bookings, enquiries, or services will be used solely for the delivery of our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not accept responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any linked websites.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or technical disruptions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes your agreement to any changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
