All content provided by Milwood Projects & Partners — including but not limited to course videos, templates, workbooks, planners, email scripts, teaching slides, downloadable documents, checklists, and toolkits — is the intellectual property of Milwood Projects & Partners unless otherwise stated.
These materials are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and international IP laws.
2. Permitted Use
By purchasing or accessing any Milwood Projects & Partners course or resource, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your personal or internal business use only.
You may:
Download and complete worksheets or templates for use in your business
Adapt course learnings for your personal admin, creative, or project workflows
Reference the teachings in your own process (with attribution, if relevant)
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or republish any content in whole or in part
Sell, license, or commercially distribute any templates, materials, or modules
Claim authorship or co-authorship of Milwood intellectual property
Share access to any course or toolkit with third parties outside your business
3. Team Use & Internal Distribution
If you are enrolled as a CIC, organisation, or team, your access is valid only for those named participants.
If you wish to share materials with staff or collaborators, you must:
Purchase the appropriate multi-user licence or group access plan
Credit Milwood Projects & Partners as the content originator
4. Attribution & Branding
Templates, downloads, and resources may carry Milwood Projects & Partners branding and copyright notice. These may not be removed, altered, or obscured without written permission.

6. Breach of Policy
